On behalf of the Mayea and Wardell families we want to invite you to the 4th Annual Pat Mayea Memorial Golf Tournament!
Through all of your generous donations and our sponsors we were able to raise $11,000 last year for the Canadian Mental Health Association.
We hope to see you all again this year to help us support the Make-A-Wish Foundation Southwestern Ontario – Windsor/Essex.

About Pat Mayea (AP)
For those of you that don’t know Pat, she was an amazing mamma, mother, sister, aunt and friend who loved the game of golf. Well, more like a love hate relationship. Pat would have given the shirt off her back for anyone and her family thought there was no better way to keep her memory and legacy alive then to hit a couple of balls, have a few drinks and lots of laughs all while benefiting a different charity that Pat would have supported each year.

Sign-In 8:00am | Shotgun Start 9:00am | Lunch Approximately 3pm
Where: Seven Lakes Golf and Country Club
Price : $160 Per Player (Incl. Lunch) | $50 Lunch Only
Registration Deadline is May 1st (or until all spots are filled) – Payment Due by May 15th
